Privacy Policy
What we collect through this website, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.
Last updated: 17 September 2026
1. Who we are
This website is operated by Minvik Technologies Private Limited ("Minvik", "we", "us"), a private limited company incorporated in India in June 2021 (CIN U72900TG2021PTC152292), with its office at 5th Floor, LVS Arcade, Madhapur Road, Jubilee Enclave, HITEC City, Hyderabad, Telangana 500081.
This policy explains what personal data we collect through minvik.com, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it. It applies to this website only — not to any software we build for clients, which is governed by the agreement with that client.
2. Information we collect
a. When you send an enquiry
Our contact form collects your name, email address, phone number, subject and message, and allows you to attach a file. You choose what to put in the message and the attachment, so please do not include information you would not want us to hold.
b. When you apply for a role
Our job application form collects substantially more: name, date of birth, marital status, photograph, postal address, city, state, PIN code, phone number and email address, along with highest qualification, total and relevant experience, current employer, current designation, current CTC, expected CTC, notice period, willingness to relocate, skills, your résumé and a cover letter.
We use this only to assess your application and to contact you about it.
c. Collected automatically
Our hosting provider records standard technical information when you visit, including your IP address, browser type and the pages you request. These server logs are used to keep the site available and secure. We do not run any third-party web analytics — see section 6.
3. Why we use it and on what basis
We use enquiry data to respond to you and, where relevant, to discuss a possible engagement. We use application data to evaluate candidates and run our hiring process. We use technical data to keep the site available and secure.
We rely on your consent, given when you submit a form, and on our legitimate interest in operating and securing the website. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.
4. Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent personal data. It is shared only with service providers who help us run the site and our business:
- Microsoft Azure — website hosting and our application backend.
- Google Maps — the map embedded on our contact page is served by Google, which may receive your IP address and set cookies when that page loads.
- Google Fonts and Cloudflare (cdnjs) — fonts and icons are loaded from these networks, which receive your IP address as part of serving those files.
We may also disclose data where we are required to by law.
5. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any resulting business relationship.
Job applications and the documents submitted with them are retained for one year from the date of application, after which they are deleted — unless you have asked us to keep your details on file for future openings, or we are required to retain them for longer by law. You can ask us to delete your application at any time before then.
6. Cookies, local storage and analytics
We do not use advertising or marketing cookies, and we do not track you across other websites.
This website uses your browser's local storage to hold configuration the site needs in order to work. This stays in your browser and is not used to identify you.
We do not use Google Analytics or any other third-party web analytics service, so no analytics cookies are set and your browsing of this site is not profiled.
The Google Map embedded on our contact page is served by Google and may set its own cookies when that page loads. That embed is controlled by Google, not by us.
7. Security
The site is served over HTTPS and form submissions are transmitted to our backend over an encrypted connection. We restrict access to submitted data to people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your rights
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may ask us to confirm what personal data we hold about you, to correct it if it is wrong, to erase it, and to withdraw consent you have previously given. You may also nominate another person to exercise these rights on your behalf.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details in section 10. We will respond within a reasonable period. If you are not satisfied with how we handle your request, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
This website and our services are directed at businesses in India. We do not target visitors in the EU or UK, and this policy is written to India's data protection framework.
9. Children
This website is intended for business users and job applicants, and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18, and we do not carry advertising of any kind. If you believe a child has submitted personal data to us, contact us using the details below and we will delete it.
10. Changes and contact
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
To exercise any of your rights, or to ask a question about this policy, email info@minvik.com or write to us at the office address above.
