More than 20 years in software engineering and technology, including engineering roles at Microsoft, Tavant Technologies and EVRY, followed by independent consulting and architecture work before founding Minvik Technologies in 2021.
The reason this page exists is simple: for most of the work we do, the person who designs the system is the person who builds it. Engineering leadership here is hands-on rather than supervisory — architecture decisions, code review and the difficult production problems are not delegated away.
That shapes what we take on. We would rather do a focused piece of work properly than staff a large programme thinly, and we say so early when an engagement is not a good fit.
